One of the best cuisines that Spanish humbly offered to all the people who came to Seville, Cadiz and Malaga in Spain are the Flamenco Eggs, Sauté Kidneys with Sherry, Stuffed Artichokes and fried fish.

Huevos a la Flamenca, a fried egg in a sauce of tomato and Chorizo- spicy Spanish sausage.
Also the Cocido Andalu- hot pot made of chick peas and different kinds of vegetables. Rabo de Toro is also one of their typical foods in Seville city. Rabo de Toro is a ragout of Bulls tails.
Restaurants and Bars especially, offer “Tapas” in Seville. This refers to small dishes served for “pick- picky”. This kind of food is served by mini stores that can be seen along the streets. It’s their way of accommodating their hunger in an easy way. These local mini stores served most of their specialties such as Huevas- served with fish eggs with mayonnaise or Sauce Vinaigrette on the top.
Pinchos Morunos it is a spicy meat served, Pavías de Pescado, marinated fish fried in olive-oil, Caracoles- snails in a soak with tasty sauce, Jamon (ham) and olives made from the regions of Spain. The great local wines, Jerez (sherry), Manzanilla and Montilla are a perfect match to all those dishes.
Torrijas and Llemas de San Leandro are a couple of their deserts served. It is a Moorish influence and are said prepared usually with honey and wine as well.
According to the people of Seville, Seville cuisine has a different taste made, than places from other cities in Spain. Their cuisines are made and are influenced by the Arab culture. It is spicier. Grilled sardines are their favorites
Most of the tourist adored the spicy food offers by the Sevillanos. Their food, typical dishes were sometimes the only reason why these people from all around the world tend to visit Seville of all the cities.
